  1. Experience

    1. Chef - 1 year of experience at a restaurant or equivalent experience
    2. Kitchen Staff - An experience at the restaurant would be beneficial but not essential

  2. Working Hours

    1. Full-Time - Minimum of 45 hours per week or a minimum of 4.5 days per week
    2. Part-Time - Minimum of 30 hours per week or based on visa status

  3. Salary

    1. Chef → £29,500 ~ £36,000 or based on experience
    2. Kitchen Staff → £11.5 during training period and £11.5 - £13.5 after(Based on performance)

  4. Benefit & Holiday

    1. Staff discount applies on the rest of the Japanese, Korean Restaurants and other stores
    2. Lunch or Dinner are included
    3. Performance Bonus
    4. 28 Paid Holiday ( Part-Time holiday would depend on how many hours you work)

  7. Work Permit Requirement - Required to have a minimum of 6 months valid work permit in the UK
